Ita Airways planes

The carrier’s fleet consists of 74 Airbus aircraft. By 2024, it is planned to completely replace all outdated airliners with more modern models.

Airbus A220-300

A new 35 m long narrow-body aircraft with improved streamlining and enhanced maneuverability. Can reach speeds of up to 871 km/h at a distance of 6390 km. Gradually replaces the outdated A319, currently used on flights in Italy and Switzerland.

Airbus A319-100

A classic but outdated airliner capable of reaching speeds of up to 871 km/h at distances of up to 6,000 km. Equipped with an economy class cabin with premium seats in the forward section. At the moment it is gradually being decommissioned.

Airbus A320-200

The backbone of the Ita Airways fleet, the medium-haul jetliner is 37.57 meters long with an internal compartment volume of 37.4 m3. Two CFM56-5B jet engines provide a speed of 829 km/h with a payload of 35 tons. It can fly up to 6100 km without refueling.

Airbus A320neo

An updated version of the classic A320. With a lighter fuselage and a 15% reduction in the volume of fuel tanks, it maintains the same speed as the parent model (829 km/h) and a similar flying distance (up to 6500 km without refueling). At the same time, it is considered to be one of the quietest vessels of its class.

Airbus A330-200

A large long-haul liner capable of carrying up to 219 passengers over a distance of 13,450 km. Thanks to its two engines, the PW4000 can reach speeds of up to 879 km/h. It has a characteristic wide fuselage.

Airbus A330-900

A 63-meter liner with a seating capacity of up to 237. It has a slightly beveled profile, which provides better aerodynamics. Powered by RR Trent 7000-12 engines, unlike its parent model, the A330-200 can reach speeds of up to 918 km/h with a range of 13,334 km.

Airbus A350-900

The largest aircraft in the Ita Airways fleet, the vessel is 66 meters long and has a wingspan of 64.57 meters. It can carry 53 tons up to 15,500 km without refueling. It can reach speeds of up to 953 km/h, a record for an Airbus aircraft.
