Check-in and purchase a ticket at Ita Airways

Instructions for buying a ticket on the official website

Go to ita-airways.com. On the main screen, you will find a ticket purchase form. Enter your travel information: departure and arrival point, date, number of passengers. If you plan to use reward points, check Use VOLARE points.

A panel with ticket options for the selected date will open. Depending on the desired fare, click on the drop-down list icon. A list will appear in front of you, select the desired sub-fare and press Select.

In the next step you will be able to review the booking details. If you are satisfied, click Fill passenger details.

Fill in the passenger’s information: name, surname, passport details, phone number and e-mail address. Enter them as they appear in the passport. Check the consent to data processing and press Confirm.

Select additional services, such as excess baggage or additional meals. After entering the data, click Checkout.

It remains to enter the payment details to make the payment. Among curious peculiarities – you will need the postal address and zip code for which the bank account is opened. Enter the data you are looking for and click Pay Now.

Make the payment and within 10 minutes a copy of the ticket with the booking code on the front will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Instructions for buying a ticket at an airport ticket office

You must arrive at the point of departure at least 2 hours before departure. Go to the Ita Airways ticket office or kiosk, hand your passport to the employee. Identify the flight you wish to buy a ticket for and follow the employee’s instructions. If you plan to carry animals or weapons, present your passport for them. After payment, you will be given a paper ticket with a reservation code on the front.

How to check-in for an Ita Airways flight online

Go to ita-irways.com On the home page you will find a ticket selection form. Check the Check-In box, then enter the reservation code and the passenger’s last name in Latin characters. Click Search.

If the passenger is registered in the system, you will be shown information about his/her booking. Confirm it and the system will automatically generate an electronic boarding pass. Download it to your phone and present it at boarding.
